WAYS TO WORK TOGETHER
A working model shaped by the question.
Some decisions need a focused investigation. Others need regular challenge and continuity. We shape the engagement around the business need, the team involved and the work required to move forward.

Choose the distance you need to see.
A blurred number in a report may call for a close inspection. An uncertain market choice may need several rounds of evidence and discussion. A changing acquisition operation may need a sustained strategic view. The useful working model follows the decision, the available information and your team’s capacity to act on what we learn.
Focused project
A defined question creates a clear boundary for the work: investigate a measurement gap, assess an advertising account or evaluate a particular market opportunity. We agree on the question, evidence required and decision the work should support. Scope and duration follow the complexity of the issue, data access and implementation needs. Any analysis, recommendations or handover materials are specified within that agreed scope.
Advisory period
Some teams can execute but need a consistent place to examine results and challenge priorities. An advisory period can support campaign reviews, measurement decisions, market comparisons or the interpretation of experiments. We agree on the cadence, participants and questions to be addressed. The duration reflects the decisions ahead and the time needed for meaningful evidence to emerge, with responsibilities clear on both sides.
Strategic partnership
When marketing, analytics and business planning need continuing coordination, a broader partnership can connect them through shared priorities and governance. We define the areas of involvement, decision rights and relationship with internal teams or existing agencies. Strategy, analytical support and implementation may be combined where agreed. The scope develops through explicit review, with changes discussed in relation to capacity, evidence and business needs.
